• Bookings: dates, times, status, cancellations.
• Messages and lesson notes exchanged on the Platform.
• Classroom connection times (to record attendance).
• Payment metadata: amount, status, date. The Platform never stores any card numbers.
• Teachers: tax data required by the DAC7 directive (legal identity, date of birth, address, tax number, financial account).
• Acceptance of the terms (document, version, date).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service, managing bookings, payments and payouts: performance of the contract.
• DAC7 reporting and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
• Security, fraud and circumvention prevention, dispute handling: legitimate interest.

4. Retention periods

• Account and profile: for the life of the account, then 3 years after the last activity.
• Bookings, payments and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).
• DAC7 data: 10 years after the end of the reporting year.
• Messages and connection times: 3 years after the lesson.
